The industrious and valiant people of Afghanistan, who fully backed the great April Revolution, greet with deep satisfaction every measure adopted by their party, government and state as measures expressing the people's expectations and aspirations. However, an insignificant minority which is stimulated by imperialism and international, regional and domestic reaction and is anti-national and anti-revolutionary by nature, whose purely personal and selfish interests are jeopardised by the measures our people's state is carrying out, has begun a hostile propaganda campaign; it carries on intrigues, hatches dirty conspiracies, lays insidious plans and resorts to other counter-revolutionary devices against the Revolution, the Party, the Government and the State as a whole, against the working people of our country.
