And ever since I was a kid, like, a lot of embarrassing things have happened to me. So by the time I was a teenager, I was, like, just whatever, letting it all hang out. And so at some point I was like, you know what? Let me just not be ashamed of any of this. Because it is what it is, and if I don't share with people how we can get better from all of this or how we can feel better – it's the embarrassment that keeps us kind of pushed down.
